77bn Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "77bn" or "Platform" — the 77bn website, application and all services provided under it.
• "User" or "Player" — any person who has created an account on 77bn and is using the services.
• "Account" — a personal user account registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer, cashback or reward provided by 77bn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bet must be placed before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games and all other entertainment services.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 77bn and use any service, the user must be at least 21 years of age. No person under the age of 21 may use 77bn.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one single account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and funds deposited may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

At the time of account creation, the user must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

2.4 Account Verification

77bn may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login information confidential. The following must be followed at all times:

• Account information must not be shared with any third party.
• If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, 77bn support must be notified immediately.
• The user should log out of their account after each login session.
• The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on 77bn: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
• The correct amount and reference number must be stated at the time of deposit.
• Depositing from a third party account is strictly prohibited.
• 77bn reserves the right to verify any suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made from verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply to valid Bangladeshi users only.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period — any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If any bonus abuse is suspected, 77bn reserves the right to cancel it.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Betting Policy

All games on 77bn are conducted transparently and impartially. The results of all games are verifiable and there is no opportunity for manipulation or fraud in any game.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of any automated software, bots or scripts.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets in prior arrangement with another user (collusion).
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an advantage.

7.3 Cancellation and Review

In the event of a technical error, incorrect information or any irregularity, 77bn reserves the right to cancel or review any bet.

8. Restricted Regions and Users

77bn services may not be used from countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the local laws of their country.

The following persons may not use 77bn:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Residents of restricted regions.
• Those whose accounts have previously been cancelled or suspended.
• Self-Excluded users.

77bn reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.

16. Applicable Law

The applicable law and jurisdiction for dispute resolution regarding the interpretation and application of these terms will be determined between the relevant parties. The user is obligated to comply with the local laws of their own country.
